Authentic brands bought from manufacturers. All stock offered on the website is limited. Once stock offered on the website is no longer available, the website will take all reasonable measures to make sure that such offers are discontinued. If unavailable stock is still offered, and the website is unable to fulfil any order placed for such stock by you, at the advertised price, then the website will only be liable to refund the amount paid by you for such product, taking into account the Refund Policy.

Back Orders and Out of Stock

If you order something that is back ordered or out of stock, we’ll email you and let you know when you can expect it. We can either deliver it to you, or you will have the option of changing your order.  No refunds are accepted.

Refunds and exchanges

All products are bought directly from manufacturers at huge costs and shipping charges etc. and therefore not old or defective.  No refunds are therefore accepted as the buyer needs to make sure they select the correct products.  Exchanges will only be accepted if an incorrect item was sent than ordered and it is still unopened and sealed in the cellophane packaging.  Incorrect items must be reported within 48 hrs of delivery of product.  We cannot be held liable for any possible damages by couriers as this is out of our control, however every step is taken to package products in bubble wrap and mark them as fragile before shipping.
