These are original grey imports, which are completely legal in South Africa and many other countries. They are genuine goods which are imported without the authorisation of the official distributor or intellectual property (IP) owner and are sold at a lower price without the guarantee/after sales service. The longevity of these perfumes are average 3-6hrs, varying from each individual. Some boxes may be dented, some may have been in circulation a bit longer and therefore the scent may last 3-6 hrs, but at less than 80% off retail, our customers love these! 

 

There are NO Refunds or Returns once the order has been paid for and placed. Only exchanges in the event an item is sold out at the time of picking the items from the warehouse for Shipment and Invoicing purposes, or where an incorrect item has been sent and ONLY if the seal is not broken and box not opened. If you open it, you keep it. If by any chance there is a leak, do NOT open the box. Take a photo and send it to 084 514 7101 and we will contact the warehouse and ask for a solution.
